Engineering review
Every drawing is reviewed for manufacturability, tolerances, material equivalents and coating specification before quotation.

First-article approval
New part numbers run a sample lot with a full dimensional first-article report before production release.

Incoming inspection
All manufactured parts are inspected at our facility against the drawing — dimensions, threads, hardness and material certificates.

In-house finishing
Coating is applied on our line, with thickness and adhesion verified per lot.

Final QC & documentation
Dimensional report, coating test report, material traceability and certificate of conformance accompany every shipment.
Inspection & testing
What we verify
Dimensional inspection
Incoming and final inspection against the ballooned drawing; critical dimensions checked at increased frequency on new part numbers.
Coating thickness testing
Plating and coating thickness measured per lot; results recorded on the coating test report that ships with the goods.
Salt-spray testing
Corrosion performance verified against the specified standard where the drawing requires it.
Hardness testing
Heat-treated lots verified at our lab so certified properties match the parts in the box.
Material traceability
Mill test certificates verified against the purchase order and retained; traceability chain documented through to shipment.
Retained samples
Reference samples from every lot are retained, preserving physical evidence of shipped quality.
